• Subject Line: “Service Request – [Name of Person/Entity to Be Served]”
   
• Your name and contact information
   
• Name of the person or business to be served
   
• Service address (with any helpful details)
   
• Type of documents being served
   
• Deadline or priority level (Standard, Rush, Same-Day)
   
• Any special instructions (gated community, evasive subject, multiple addresses, etc.)

• PDF or DOC of the documents to be served
   
• Any court cover sheets or additional notices
   
• Optional: image of the subject (if evasive), or notes about access (e.g., gated property)
   

All documents submitted to PostScript Legal are handled with strict confidentiality and care. Our inbox is monitored only by authorized team members, and we do not outsource service to third parties without your consent.

We recommend submitting PDF files for maximum formatting accuracy, but we also accept:

• DOC/DOCX (Word)
   
• JPEG or PNG scans
   
• TIF image files
   

We use secure cloud storage and do not retain documents after service is completed unless required by law.

1. Acknowledgement Email: You’ll receive a confirmation within a few hours (same day if submitted before 4:00 PM CST).
    
2. Flat-Rate Quote: We’ll review your request and send a pricing confirmation before proceeding.

            3.   We will send you a service agreement via email
 

            4.   Timeline & Tracking: Once confirmed, we schedule service and notify you after each attempt.
 

            5.   Affidavit of Service: You’ll receive a signed affidavit via email once service is completed.
